Refund Policy
LVANI (a brand of Magiple Retails Private Limited) wants to ensure your satisfaction with your fashion jewellery. This Refund Policy explains how to return or exchange items purchased on our website, https://lvani.com/.
If the product you receive is in bad condition or the packaging shows signs of tampering or damage before delivery, please refuse to accept the package. You must take a video and 2 photos of the package and submit it via e-mail at info@lvani.com or WhatsApp at 9650949166 within 24 hours of delivery. After reviewing the evidence, we will dispatch a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
1. Warranty
• All our products are created with 92.5 silver. They will last forever.
• Silver has a natural tendency to change its colour when exposed to air/moisture and all it needs is cleaning.
• We provide LVANI’s own 92.5% purity certificate with each product
• Exception: Antique products which are created from old jewellery sometimes might not be 92.5 and it might not be possible to plate them with gold or create them with shiny silver finish. Such products are identified on our website suitably in their descriptions.
Return or Exchange or Cancellation:
- You can return or exchange an item within 48 hours of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:
- The item is unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- If you want to return the product for any reasons you will need to pack it carefully and send it back to us via a reliable local courier service. This needs to be initiated and communicated to us within 48 hours of receiving the product by attaching the photos. We will confirm the return of the product and then you can dispatch from your end. Products return request will not be accepted post elapsing the timeline of 48 hours of delivery of your order. - We reserve the right to decline a refund if the delivered goods are undamaged and meet the specifications of your order, or if we determine that the return request is not valid and is based on false claims.
- Refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction within 5-7 days of receiving the returned goods.
- You have a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or text message).
Please note the following terms regarding cancellations:
- Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made before the order is dispatched or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, no cancellations can be made.
- Special festival occasion offer products are not eligible for cancellation.
- If you cancel the order after payment is made, a 2% payment processing charge will be deducted. If the goods have already been shipped, both side shipping charges will also be deducted. The refund will be processed within 5-7 days of receiving the returned goods.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Initiate a return or exchange request by contacting our customer service team at 9650949166 or info@lvani.com within 48 hours.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Safe Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the return label. Ship the item back to the address provided.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method with proof of delivery.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Processing Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment method. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- For orders paid through Cash on delivery (COD)/ Pay on delivery (POD) to the delivery partner via UPI/ Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Wallet transaction, only store credits will be provided.

Terms & Conditions for National Orders.
1. The return must be placed within 48 Hours of receiving your order. After that return window will be closed. Return once placed cannot be modified or changed.
2. The return items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or fade with fragrances (Perfumes). Read FAQ for how I care for my jewellery.
3. Once we get back our articles at the warehouse, a proper quality check will be done. After quality analysis, the refund will be initiated. Thereafter, your refund amount will reflect into your Bank account by 7 to 10 working days (excluding sat & sun)
4. We do not accept returned items that have been returned without a proper return request or channel.
5. We Reserve the right to decline a refund, if articles delivered are undamaged, aligns with your order specifications and is based on false claims.
6. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. COD refunds will be done through store credits only.
8. Articles covered under warranty period will get store credit only. No cash refund will be applicable in such cases.
9. Free gifts cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Terms and Conditions for Cancellation.
1. We cannot cancel your order once dispatched or shipped.
2. If you cancel any order after shipment, refund will be given as store credit deducting the shipping charges. Only the price of the article will be credited in your store credit section.
3. Special festival occasion offer articles are not eligible for cancellation and refund.
4. No special and separate gift boxes provided for individual orders.
